When sending products back, you need to have the post office or UPS insure it. That we do not pay for. The purpose is so we get the product back and you will be notified that we did receive it. Then a check will be mailed to you.

A6. Its a good thing to place an order at least 3 weeks in advance to assure your products are in stock and that way packages won't get backed up at the last minute. Christmas is the busiest time of the year and the post office and UPS get swamped.
